Cancellation & Refund Policy – Medineedcare
Thank you for choosing Medineedcare. We are committed to providing safe and effective body care products. Please read our Cancellation & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
- Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not allowed due to hygiene and safety concerns.
To cancel an order, please contact Medineedcare Customer Support with your order details.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds will be considered only in the following cases:
- Product received is damaged or defective
- Incorrect product delivered
- Product is expired at the time of delivery
- Package is tampered or visibly damaged upon delivery
All refund requests must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the product.
Non-Refundable Products
For safety and hygiene reasons, Medineedcare does not accept returns or refunds for:
- Opened or used body creams or personal care products
- Products with removed or damaged seals (unless damaged during transit)
- Items purchased under discounts, offers, or promotions
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Email us with your Order ID and clear images/videos showing the issue
- Our team will review and approve the request
- Once approved, return instructions or pickup details will be shared
Returned items must be:
- Unused
- In original packaging
- With all labels and seals intact
Refund Timeline
- After receiving and inspecting the returned product, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
Shipping Charges
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to an error by Medineedcare (wrong or damaged product).
